About Us
After working many years in the restaurant business, Shannon and Katelyn made the bold decision to embark on a new adventure. They were determined to turn their long-held dream of owning a business into a reality, and Freeport was the perfect place to make it happen. As they explored various locations, fate seemed to be on their side. Just as they were searching for the right spot, The owner of Freeport Floral announced she was retiring. Shannon and Katelyn saw the opportunity and sent the owner an email asking about the building. And from that email, their dreams began to flourish. With dedication and passion, Shannon and Katelyn worked tirelessly, and their hard work paid off when they finally opened the doors to D’lish in July 2022. A symbol of their determination and the beginning of a new chapter, their business soon became a cherished destination for locals and visitors alike. Shannon and Katelyn are beyond thankful for the support.
